In French, adresse means two things: skill, the precise and adroit gesture; and the act of addressing someone, a court, an opponent, a client. Our method is named for both.
A dispute is never just a question of law. It is a human story captured by the law. The ADRESSE© method reads every case through seven disciplines: Arts, Doctrine (the law itself, always the foundation), Rhetoric and argumentation, Ethics,Sciences of behavior (psychology, neuroscience, empathy as a trained skill),Sociology, Economics. Seven readings, one strategy: consultations, contracts, briefs and pleadings built to hold in law and to convince in fact.
